PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED AT THIS EVENT:
Seabreeze Jazz Festival payments inside the event will be accepted via your festival wristband only.
Guests can either create an Intellitix Account and save a payment method that will link directly to your wristband, or can add cash funds to their wristband at a top-up station at the event. *Any unspent cash funds added to a wristband will NOT be refunded after the event. We recommend linking a payment method directly to your wristband instead using an Intellitix Account.
Intellitix Account
Why is it important to create your Intellitix Account?
Allows you to attach a payment method to your wristband. An attached payment method allows you to spend directly from your card so you don’t need to worry about pulling out your wallet or card to pay for quicker transactions.
Allows you to view all of your event transactions and send yourself receipts in one place.
Allows you to freeze your wristband so someone else can’t use your funds if the wristband is lost or stolen.
Allows you to retrieve a new wristband from the box office if yours is lost or stolen.
I can’t read the codes on the back of my wristband. What do I do?

Once we get this information, we will email you within 2 business days the UID and security code on your RFID wristband.
Can I link more than one wristband to my Intellitix account?
No. An Intellitix Account can only be connected to one Seabreeze wristband. For any additional wristbands, they should be given to the person that is going to use it so they can make their own account and add the wristband and card to it. We need to make another account but only have one email address, what should we do?
If you share an email address you can follow these steps to make two different accounts.
Start by creating the first account with the email address you have. Make sure to go all the way through with creating the account: go to account.intellitix.com/sign-up enter your info, click the link in the verification email you are sent, then add your wristband and payment method. Then sign out of this account. For the full steps of creating and setting up an account check out this article.
Then go back to account.intellitix.com/sign-up and this time when you enter the email address add a + sign with a word before the @ symbol (for example if your email is thesmiths@email.com, now you would enter thesmiths+secondacct@email.com). This will make it look like a new email for a cashless account, but will still send any verifications to your actual email address. Then you can continue with the account creation, adding a wristband, and adding a payment method process just like you did on the first account.
Can I remove a wristband from my Intellitix Account?
No. Once a Seabreeze wristband has been added to an Intellitix account, it cannot be removed or transferred to another account.
What is the difference between attaching a payment method and my Event Balance?
Attaching a Payment Method (Highly Recommended): When you attach your credit or debit card as a payment method to your Intellitix Account the wristband added will have access to that attached payment method and be able to spend directly from that card at the event.
Event Balance: You can use Top-up stations at the event to add funds to your event balance via cash.
WARNING: Top-up stations will be limited at the event and could be subject to lines. Any unused cash put into your wristband account will not be refunded at the end of the event. Do not load more cash onto your wristband than you plan to use.
How do I add cash to my wristband?
If you cannot attach a payment method to your account, you can use cash at a Top-up station located throughout the event grounds.
Why do I have a charge from Intellitix on my card, the event hasn’t started yet?
When you save a payment method to your cashless account a small pre-authorization charge is made, then immediately refunded. This is to verify that the card you are saving is a valid card to prevent issues with using this card at the event.
What is the Freeze button for?
The Freeze button in your Intellitix account allows you to temporarily disable your wristband from allowing it to be used for purchases. For example, if you lose your wristband at the event and have a payment method attached to it you can freeze it until you are able to get to a customer service station and have it replaced so that someone else can’t use it if they find it. If you accidentally freeze the wristband or end up finding it, you can unfreeze it from the same place in your account to resume being able to make purchases.
I’m being asked to create an organization and add my company, what is this?
If you’re being asked to create an organization please navigate to the cashless account platform instead at: account.intellitix.com to either click create your account or enter your account details and sign in.
At the Event
What do I need to bring with me to pick up or replace my wristband at the Box Office?
To be able to pick up or replace a wristband at the box office you must be the ticket purchaser and bring your government-issued ID. Wristbands that are being replaced because they were lost or damaged are subject to a $50 replacement fee.
How do I make a purchase at the event?
Once you’ve attached a payment method to your Intellitix Account, you can make cashless purchases for food, drinks, and merchandise at the event. Once you’re at a vendor location:
Tap your wristband on the RFID reader as indicated by the staff.
Place your order with the staff.
Tap your wristband a second time to confirm your transaction.
The amount will automatically be charged to your attached payment method or dedicated from your Event Balance. It’s that easy!
Can I combine my Event Balance from two wristbands?
No. An Intellitix account can only be connected to one Seabreeze wristband. For more information on how to add a wristband to your Intellitix account, check out this help article.
Can I split the cost of something with a friend?
No, you cannot split payment for an item. Only one wristband can be used to open the transaction, and that same wristband must be used to close and confirm the purchase. This is a security feature to ensure the purchaser is in control of their own spending.
How do I check my Event Balance?
If you opted to load cash onto your wristband there are a couple of ways you can check your Event Balance.
If you created your Intellitix Account, you can log in and check your balance at any time.
You can also view your Event Balance when you tap your wristband at an event Customer Service location or when making a purchase at a vendor.
My wristband is not working. I need help to scan into areas of the event or make purchases. What should I do?
Visit the box office for assistance. Check the official Seabreeze website for locations.
What to expect if you need to get a replacement wristband?
Your wristband is your ticket to the festival and your digital wallet. Treat it like cash.
Lost or stolen wristbands can be deactivated and replaced before entering the festival at the on-site Box Office outside the Main Entrance. Please note that the ticket owner must be there in person with their government official ID.
Wristbands that are cut, stretched, or damaged in any way WILL NOT be replaced. Purchasers will be required to repurchase.
Any wristbands that need to be replaced are subject to a $50 replacement fee.
If I loaded cash to my wristband but then my wristband was lost, stolen, or too tight, will my Event Balance transfer?
Yes, visit the box office at the event and they will deactivate your lost, stolen, or damaged wristband and issue you a new one. The purchaser will need to be present and their government issued photo ID. Your payment method or event balance will now be able to be used through your new wristband.
Seabreeze is not responsible for any funds stolen/missing from your wristband if you lose it.
After the Event
What is the refund policy for the remaining funds in your Event Balance?
We recommend that guests link their wristbands directly to their credit/ debit card in their Intellitix account, meaning you are only charged for what you spend.
There is no need "to add funds" or worry about your balance on the wristband.
CASH
Any unused cash put into your wristband account will not be refunded at the end of the event. Do not load more cash onto your wristband than you plan to use.
